Pathways & Apprenticeships
With more than 20 years of experience in workforce development, Jen helps lead workforce programs at Polaris MEP, including registered apprenticeship initiatives and training partnerships with the Rhode Island Department of Corrections, creating pathways to rewarding careers in manufacturing. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Rhode Island College, a background that continues to shape her passion for creating second chances through workforce development and manufacturing careers.
At home in Middletown, Jen lives with her wife, Jesse, two teenagers, and four dogs. In her spare time, she can usually be found logging ridiculous miles on the streets in preparation for her next ultramarathon.
