Overview

Polaris MEP seeks proposals from training providers for job training and support services targeting adults seeking full-time, livable-wage employment in the Advanced Manufacturing, Marine Trades, and Blue Economy sectors.

Selected proposals will receive funding through a 12-month contract (with potential renewal) under the Ocean Tech Works program, funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration’s Good Jobs Challenge.

Who Can Apply

Nonprofit and for-profit training or support service organizations located In, or serving residents of Rhode Island or Southeastern Massachusetts (New Bedford/Fall River) that provide workforce training and support services.
