About the Presenter
Rob Chipman is the Scouting & Sustainability Manager at Polaris MEP, where he leads supplier and technology scouting initiatives and supports manufacturers with modernization, sustainability, and operational improvement efforts. His qualifications include more than a decade of experience in logistics, operations, program management, and organizational leadership across the military and private sectors. Since joining Polaris MEP in 2023, he has managed state, regional, and national manufacturing initiatives, including the DOE-funded Smart Advancements for Rhode Island Manufacturers program. Rob is a U.S. Air Force veteran, holds a BSBA from Suffolk University and an AAS in Logistics Management, and is currently pursuing his MBA at Boston University and completing the MIT Sloan + CSAIL Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy program.
