Lunch & Learn – Introducing DDI LeaderLab

Build Stronger Leaders, One Skill at a Time

Introducing DDI LeaderLab

What if leadership development didn’t have to mean waiting for the next training session?

Polaris MEP is introducing a new virtual learning resource through Development Dimensions International (DDI), giving manufacturers access to a library of leadership and professional development content designed to meet people where they are, when they need it.

Join us for a Lunch & Learn to get an inside look at DDI LeaderLab, the virtual learning platform now available through Polaris MEP’s third-party program.

What We’ll Cover

We’ll walk through what LeaderLab has to offer and how you can use it to support the development of your team.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Navigate the LeaderLab platform and find relevant learning content
  • Explore DDI’s library of courses, microcourses, practice tools, simulations, assessments and more
  • Identify resources for emerging leaders, managers and experienced leaders
  • Use learning resources for both immediate needs and longer-term development

DDI’s library includes topics such as coaching, communication, developing others, leading teams, resolving conflict, facilitating change, decision-making, feedback, performance, and more.

Development When You Need It

Not every development need looks the same.

Sometimes a team needs a deeper leadership course. Sometimes a manager needs a quick resource before a difficult conversation. And sometimes an emerging leader needs the tools to take on what’s next.

LeaderLab offers different ways to engage, including microcourses, practice and application tools, simulations, personalized learning paths, peer learning and manager support.

This Lunch & Learn is an opportunity to see what’s available and start thinking about how these resources can fit into your organization’s development strategy.

Who Should Attend?

This session is for manufacturers and business leaders interested in:

  • Developing current and emerging leaders
  • Strengthening management and communication skills
  • Supporting employee growth and retention
